- Access to our online Functional workout program throughout the 12 weeks including videos with guidance on form and technique
- Detailed Nutrition guidance and recipe guide filled with easy and delicious recipes to support you throughout this journey
- 2 Featured expert guest speakers throughout the program that will share their knowledge and expertise on how to work with our inner critic & shift our mindset and how to heal your gut and reduce inflammation in the body
