My Story

A Personal Journey to Transformation

Since 2010, I have worked as a personal trainer and founded SKLPT in 2014, born from my own powerful journey from struggle to breakthrough. After years of battling perfectionism, negative self-talk, and an unhealthy relationship with my body, I discovered something transformative: sustainable wellness begins in the mind, and when mindset shifts, everything else follows. 

This realization changed everything. I began studying meditation, exploring evidence-based healing modalities, and developing the holistic framework that now drives measurable results for corporate clients.

 True wellness isn’t just about nutrition plans or workout routines—though both matter. It’s about the integration of physical, mental, and emotional health. My mission is to help leaders and their teams achieve this balance, clearing away what holds them back so they can perform at their highest potential and create lasting organizational impact.
