My Story

How I Got Started

After going through my own healing and personal journey, the way I related to the world changed, my level of self-awareness deepened and my relationship to self-transform radically. It was through this process of self-discovery that I realized how much I derived most of my motivation from the physical, by building a strong body and using my physicality as a form of self-expression but I felt entirely disconnected from it.

Movement was in fact a way for me to check out, to dissociate from the discomfort of being grounded in my body. It was only when I started to implement practices such as meditation, breathwork, and various other somatic therapies that I truly understood what it means to be anchored and present in both mind and body.

Being a healthy individual isn’t simply about focusing on our diet and movement, though they might be fundamental pillars of our of well-being.

Our sense of wholeness and vitality is comprised of the physical, emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual pillars.  They are intricately interconnected and require balancing in order for us to thrive and truly optimize our health from the inside out.

That’s why our mission is to create a space for people to discover their true capabilities and optimize their wellness. We accomplish this by focusing on the core foundational pillars of health: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational to reduce stress, or create a more positive work environment.
