My Story
How I Got Started
I have been a personal trainer since 2010 and founded SKLPT in 2014 after being deeply inspired by my own personal journey to health and self-empowerment. Struggling with negative self-talk, perfectionism, and an unhealthy relationship with food and my body, I faced constant cycles of weight fluctuations and feelings of inadequacy. However, through a transformative process of self-discovery, I uncovered and began to dismantle the self-limiting beliefs and habits that kept me stuck for years.
My journey led me to a powerful realization: Everything starts in the mind, and when the mind is aligned, the body follows. This awakening ignited my commitment to holistic well-being. I began working with a meditation teacher and exploring various healing modalities to cultivate a balance between the mind and body.
Health is not just about diet and exercise, though they are important foundations. I believe that physical, emotional, and mental well-being are intimately connected and must be balanced to optimize overall well-being. My mission is to guide others on a path to reclaim their health and vitality, helping them shed anything that may be holding them back from realizing their fullest potential.
