- Weekly 1 hour group coaching calls via Zoom with Stephanie every Wednesday at 6pm EST Starting January 15th 2025
- Access to our online Functional workout program throughout the 12 weeks including videos with guidance on form and technique
- Detailed Nutrition guidance and recipe guide filled with easy and delicious recipes to support you throughout this journey
- 2 Featured guest speakers that will address both the physical and the mind. The topics will include How to heal your gut & reduce inflammation in the body and how to work with your inner critic & shift your mindset
- Weekly action steps and implementation exercises to help you towards reaching your ideal state of wellness by the end of the program
- Optional follow up maintenance program after completion of 12 week program includes bi weekly group coaching calls to keep you on track and continuously progressing
