12-Week Mind Your Body Program designed to help you unlock your full potential and rejuvenate your spirit

  • Weekly 1-hour group coaching calls via Zoom with Stephanie every Monday at 6:30 PM EST, starting February 2nd, 2026
  • Weekly strength and conditioning in-person group workouts on Saturdays at 10 AM
  • Access to our Online Functional Workout program throughout the 12 weeks, including videos with guidance on form and technique
  • Detailed Nutrition guidance and recipe guide filled with easy and delicious recipes   to support you throughout this journey
  • 2 Featured guest speakers who will address both the physical and the mental. The topics will include how to heal your gut & reduce inflammation in the body, and how to work with your inner critic & shift your mindset
  • Weekly action steps and implementation exercises to help you reach your ideal state of wellness by the end of the program
  • Optional follow-up maintenance program after completion of 12 week program includes biweekly group coaching calls to keep you on track and continuously progressing
