Founded by Stephanie Katona in 2014, SKLPT is a Toronto-based wellness brand celebrating a decade of results and growing list of satisfied clients. Committed to her own growth and that of her clientele, Stephanie has evolved and expanded her coaching practice over the years to embrace the core foundational pillars of health: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational.
Through her Lifestyle and Personal Training services, Stephanie promises to maximize and optimize your inner-strengths to sustainably mind your body and SKLPT your business!
who am I?

It is through my love of learning (BSc. Kinesiology), embrace of holistic practices (meditation, breathwork, somatic therapies), and overall joie de vivre that I truly understand what it means to be anchored and present in both mind and body. My core values of authenticity, connection, growth, compassionate listening, self-expression, curiosity, well-being, integrity, and kindness guide me in everything I do.
I firmly believe that small, impactful changes can lead to big results – whether you’re looking to improve nutrition, fitness, and/or work-life balance. I know how it feels to be trapped by negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, and a fixed mindset; and speak candidly about this journey throughout my work.

Often my clients are high-performing, busy professionals, striving for greater success, more fulfilment, and better results from health and performance. Whether you’re struggling with limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging behaviours, or high levels of stress and need a plan to bring you back into balance, what I remind my clients is, “you have the tools, experience, and expertise to achieve your goals.” I believe that every individual possesses unlimited potential waiting to be unleashed. That’s why my mission is to create a space for you to reclaim your health and restore your vitality.
Therefore, SKLPT is not a hierarchy, but rather a reciprocal process; an energy and knowledge exchange to help illuminate your path forward.

SKLPT Mind Your Body Group Program
- 1 hour Weekly group coaching calls with a specific focus each week. Throughout the program we focus on the 3 pillars ( emotional, mental and physical well-being)
- Access to online workouts throughout the 12 week program
- Nutrition guidance, sustainable meal plan, and recipe guide tailored to your lifestyle and goals
- Access to text/email support
30 Day SKLPT Starter Training Program
- Designed to get you started and provide you with the fundamentals of strength & conditioning to move more efficiently, improve your body composition and overall fitness
- 45-50 min workouts that are effective and easy to follow at the gym
- You will be guided through a series of functional full body workouts 3 days a week and 1 HIIT workout working all the movement patterns
- Access to workout program on platform including a meal plan and recipe guide that is sustainable with foods that are designed to keep your blood glucose levels stable and improve energy levels
